By accessing jilliee.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the jilliee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with jilliee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the jilliee platform, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the site without an account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The jilliee platform is exclusively available to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR directives.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of a commercial gambling operation.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of jilliee or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from jilliee or any other gambling platform operated under a PAGCOR framework.

jilliee takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. Age verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal. jilliee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be void, and any deposited funds may be returned at jilliee's discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access real-money gaming features on jilliee, you must register a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jilliee. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliee login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jilliee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilliee operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, jilliee reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, address, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilliee may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

jilliee accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO (Banco De Oro), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction (or as otherwise specified per payment method).
• Maximum deposit: Subject to applicable payment method limits and any account-level limits imposed by jilliee.
• Processing time: GCash and PayMaya deposits credit to your jilliee wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) typically credit within 15–60 minutes during business hours.

jilliee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Any deposit received from a payment method not in the account holder's name may be reversed, and the account may be subject to additional review.

jilliee does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges, for which jilliee accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal of funds from your jilliee account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of jilliee's compliance team before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Standard verified account withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. VIP-tier accounts with Gold status and above receive same-day priority processing.
• jilliee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. During such review, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold pending satisfactory documentation.

jilliee does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any charges applied by the receiving financial institution or payment provider are beyond jilliee's control and are borne by the account holder.

jilliee offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by jilliee are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games within the validity period before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jilliee actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically exploiting low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated wagering with other accounts. Where jilliee determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

jilliee reserves the right to modify the terms of, or withdraw, any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively diminish the value of a bonus already confirmed to an account holder's wallet.

All games offered on the jilliee platform operate under published rules specific to each game type. It is the player's responsibility to review the rules applicable to any game before participating. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

The outcome of all jilliee games is determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by the physical actions of live studio dealers for live casino games. Game results displayed on jilliee's servers are final and binding, subject only to the malfunction provision below.

7.1 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system fault that affects the normal conduct or outcome of a game, jilliee reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. jilliee shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated outcomes arising from a technical malfunction, regardless of cause.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilliee platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological assistance to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage. Any such advantage obtained must be reported to jilliee immediately; retaining gains derived from software errors may constitute fraud.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime using the jilliee platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment methods for deposits.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material fact during registration or account verification.
• Providing jilliee with forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation in connection with KYC or dispute processes.

jilliee is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform recognises that gambling can be addictive and that certain players may be vulnerable. jilliee provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is active, it cannot be increased until a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration limits. Upon reaching the configured limit, the player will be automatically logged out of the active session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Players may activate periodic pop-up notifications displaying the duration of the current session and net gaming activity.

All content available on the jilliee platform — including but not limited to the jilliee brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilliee or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilliee platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jilliee content without the express written consent of jilliee.

jilliee collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at jilliee.vip/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jilliee platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilliee implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data shared with jilliee in connection with KYC or payment verification is handled in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jilliee platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings or expected profits not materialised due to technical error or game malfunction;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any game;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision made based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.

jilliee's total liability to you under these Terms shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited into your jilliee account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilliee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within specified timeframes;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering;
• A chargebacks or payment disputes raised by the account holder against a deposit transaction;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority requiring account suspension;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure for cause, jilliee reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, jilliee will endeavour to return available balances to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jilliee platform — including but not limited to disputes relating to game outcomes, account balances, bonus calculations, or withdrawal processing — you should first contact jilliee's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

jilliee will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and aims to provide a substantive resolution within 10 business days of receiving complete information relevant to the dispute. Disputes relating to game outcomes will be reviewed against server-side logs, which are the authoritative record of all game transactions.

If you are dissatisfied with jilliee's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures. jilliee cooperates fully with regulatory investigations and enquiries.

jilliee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect players' rights or obligations — will be communicated via notice posted on jilliee.vip and, where practicable, via email to registered account holders at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material updates — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required to comply with regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the jilliee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilliee operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws, including those administered and enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
